The Digi One SP serial server provides reliable and cost-effective network connectivity for virtually any type of serial device. It features one of the smallest form factors available, industry leading low latency, baud rates up to 230 Kbps and full modem and hardware control. To download data, you need a compatible Nonin computer cable. Connect the appropriate end of the Nonin computer cable to the pulse oximeter and the other end to the PC’s communications port. If using an extension cable, it is necessary to disconnect this prior to downloading.

- Step 1: Please complete the troubleshooting procedures for your device. Troubleshooting guides are found in the product support articles. If you have already completed the troubleshooting procedure and your problem still exists, continue to Step 2.
- Step 2: Please complete this Request for Repair Quote form below. Nonin will then provide you, within two business days, an emailed estimate for repair.
- Step 3: If you choose to go ahead with the repair based on the Nonin estimate provided, Technical Service will provide a link to our Repair Payment Authorization e-form. Please complete and submit this form to request a Return Authorization Number. Within two business days, Nonin will contact you with a Return Authorization Number.
